Client: Mr M Sanger, Crianlarich, Argyll.
Commission: Create a three-bedroom house (with two guest bedrooms), open-plan family lounge, kitchen and dining area, study space, cinema room and separate guest lounge on an elevated sloping site overlooking the village.
Budget: £300,000
Description: The client wanted a flexibly designed guest area that could be used for B&B as well as for family and friends.
The Spacesix solution was to make use of the topography of the site, which allowed the house to be, designed over four split-levels.
A truly inspired design. This is a house we can be proud of, but it doesn't sacrifice style for substance.
