Commission: Create a side extension to accommodate a new large open plan kitchen & dining area with utility and study. The proposals also include the formation of a new first floor master bedroom with en-suite & changing room.
Budget: £80,000
Description: Spacesix created a two storey side extension and linked the new extension into the existing building by removing a large section of the side wall to create the large open plan kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom with en-suite & changing room was formed at first floor level and connects into the existing landing.
